The shallow mount battery box from WD Music is designed to mount in a thin guitar body that requires a shallow battery box. It requires 13/16″ minimum depth and holds a 9 volt battery flat on its side. The chamber that holds the battery is accessed by the tab that, when open, allows you to place the battery securely within the box. Foam attached to the inside lid holds the battery firmly in place. Electrical lead is NOT included with this battery box.
